Our research and development department develops horns for all frequencies, from all materials and for all applications. In the picture below you’ll see an example, where we had to develop a sonotrode for material testing.

The special requirement for this Horn is that the parts to be tested are supposed to swing vertically and horizontally at the same time, in order to simulate the conditions of a fully driving vehicle. This application places highest requirements from the design of the sonotrode. Without a methodical system in designing and without a CAD analysis the building of such horns is not possible economically.
