The building of ultrasonic sonotrodes resp. horns and anvils requires extensive Know-how in designing and manufacturing. Since more than 10 years we have specialised in this technologically sophisticated work. We build horns in all frequencies, for all ultrasonic-welding machines and for all industries.
The results are very economical horns, with a long life cycle, good pulsate attributes, equally distributed amplitudes and very minimal impedance.
During the construction phase, we acquire and calculate the best geometric propositions of the horn. Expensive and time-consuming adjustments during the production are therefore mostly eliminated, because the external geometries, the frequency, the pulsate form and pulsate-behaviour etc. are known beforehand. So we as one of very few manufacturers can guarantee the quality of our horns. Our guarantee relates to all aspects of the design and manufacturing.
