In some cases of ultrasonic welding it could be meaningful to lead a thin foil beetween horn and plastic part to avoid punctual impressions at the part.

Our ROLL.UM.200 leads foils up to 200 mm width surely and precise. The infeed is adjustable. This allows to proceed parts in all sizes.

The coil and winding unit are mechanically seperated, thus allows the adoption in all merchantable welding machines.

For lower foil width up to 100 mm, the ROLL.UM.100 are available.
